[Breezy] evince not installable.

I added the universe and multiverse repositories and it worked.
So the real issue seems to be that evince(in main) depends on
libpoppler(in universe). So it appears libpoppler needs to be brought
into main, or vice versa.
What the hay, i'll open a bug on it.
