Hoary: missing manuals in R (correction)

If I am not mistaken the following manuals used to be included
in R-base (at least in the tarball and the rpms):
'An Introduction to R'
'The R language definition'
'Writing R Extensions'
'R Data Import/Export'
'R Installation and Administration'
'The R Reference Index'

Unless I am making some mistake they do not seem to be included
in R-base from 'universe'. Or am I missing some package?

When using a browser to check help (i.e. 'help.start()) an error
message appears saying that the "file.html" is not in
/tmp/RtmpOqBwHb/.R/doc/manual/

They are not in the usual /usr/share/doc/... location and
"find" can't find them either.
