recommendation for best tv video card?

This link identifies chipsets used on a variety of tvcards. I have had
the best luck with the saa173x series cards myself.

I have also tried the newer CX88 series cards and found that the
picture is the actual the best of the three drivers (bttv, saa1734 and
cx88 ) but since it is newer there can be problems with sound or color.
That's why I stick with saa173x based cards as the driver is more mature
and the chipset is better than the bttv series.
