KUbuntu updating problems.

Hi All, 

I've been trying to update (apt-get update) KUbuntu (Ubuntu 5.04 "Hoary
Hedgehog") and getting consistent error (below). Ran update just before
upgrade command, also tried moving away the conflicting file, all with
the same error.

Any ideas?
