VNC Issues

VNC server was starting up automatically with GNOME. It was set up in
the Remote Desktop control panel. I upgraded to Hoary from a "virgin"
installation of Warty. No config files were changed except for those
changed during the installer.
I don't seem to have any binaries called "vncserver". I have
"vncviewer", but not "vncserver".
Also, I don't mind it having vncserver running right from boot. In
fact, I'd rather it. If there is a way to have vncserver start up with
the login panel, that would be great.
Anyway, thank you very much.
