It's called "topic drift" - it happens.  Deal with it. The OP, in the 3rd 
message to this (his) thread shifted the focus from Gizmo to a corporate IM 
client.  Jabber and its associated clients are a good fit in that case.  This 
is not "my own chosen topic" but is the result of the OP's own questions.  :)

Agreed.  Gizmo is a great project and progressing well!

I'd love to help them out, but I don't have the necessary permissions the just 
waltz in and start editing their site.  I could (possibly) arrange a
