You can search the contents of packages: http://packages.ubuntu.com/
The standard games all come in 'gnome-games'
The answer is, /usr/games/sol
if you run 'sol' from a command line, you might see an error as to why
it's not starting.
If gnome-games isn't installed, that's a good reason why it wouldn't :)
