Desktop background from another Linux OS.

Nope...none of these photos come close to the one that was in Lycoris.
I've searched many of such websites but none have it.

I was hoping there's some way of getting it from the Lycoris 
installation CD and using it in ubuntu but I'm not sure about the
legality of such action.   Lycoris doesn't install on my computer
because it is too old, Lycoris, I mean.  All I want is the photo.
