School Convert -- Maybe

I was talking to my technology teacher today and he said he was trying out
some "Linux thing" today. I gave him a FC3 disc last year, so I though it
was the one he gave him. He then said it was one with a weird name, so I got
it. Ubuntu.

He's having problems with the install CD, so I'm going to do some
tech-support on his computer tomorrow.

Any suggestions? I'm already going to ask him to keep this email address
handy, as well as put wiki.ubuntu.com on our school bubble.
