Problems with CompactFlash reader on Thinkpad x31

I have two different styles of CF cardreaders working on Hoary.  One
is a CF2IDE type adaptor and the other is a CF2USB type adaptor.  Do
you know which type you have?  If you have a CF2USB adaptor, try running
lsusb to see what vendor/device/etc codes the adaptor is identifying
itself as.  Armed with that information, look in /etc/hotplug/usb.* for
matching entries.  If you don't find one, that's the problem.  If you
do find one, then the real work of finding the disconnect starts.

I don't know for sure that Breezy is identical but it can't be too much
different.
