Hey,
The Bonobo activation server tracks information about installed
components and brokers components, in conjunction with it's client
library; libbonobo-activation.
The gnome-keyring-daemon keeps the password and secrets for a session.
The SSHD handles secure shell connections.
All three of these are services an ordinary desktop neither needs nor
takes advantage of, you might as well get them not to start.
I don't know what the Mapping daemon does but chances are it has a
similar nature.
