I have had this player for a couple of weeks and I am really happy
with it. If someone wants to look up information, note:

Company Name = Cowon
Model Name = iAudio X5
Their software (windows only) = JetAudio
Price paid = 249 USD

It is "officially" said to work with linux kernel 2.2+ as a USB mass
storage device (20GB).

Bad news for Breezy: I plugged this device into my Suse linux 9.3
computer and it showed up immediately under "media". Created a folder
using konqueror on the USB device, copied some Coltrane ogg over and
started listening. When I plugged it into a (newer) computer running
Ubuntu 5.10, the USB device said "connected" on the screen, but I
could not browse to it. I did not get challenged for a super-user
password or anything. It was a "don't ask, don't tell" kind of thing
with Ubuntu. I guess I'm supposed to mount it somehow, but I don't
want to have to remember how to do that. This is probably very
secure, but not very useful for me....
