Log in with another user

I've tried to log in using another username, when the user logs in they get
automatically logged out. It gives me an error saying that it can't execute
the .xsessions file for the user.
After I give permissions for files to be executable on /home, it doesn't
give that error, but it now tells me that the command in line 3 can't be
executed, this is what I have in .xsessions:

#!/bin/bash

[exec] fluxbox

It's actually the same file that I have in my home dir, and when I log in
with my username it doesn't give me any errors. If I delete the file then
the user would only get logged into XFCE4, and if they start the session
with another WM then it woun't remember and the next time it will log them
into XFCE4. Now they want to use Fluxbox.

Am I doing something wrong, what can I do to fix this and allow them to log
into their account using the WM they want?
