read/write to hfsplus drive?

Does it give an error when you manually mount it? In my case it mounts
read only b/c my machine crashed when I was doing something on that
partition (du) and damaged something. I fixed the partition with
Norton in Mac OS 9 but somehow there's a flag that needs to be reset
in Linux itself that I don't know how to reset.
