VMware : can't boot the CD !

Yes you are right, it kinda "**ks" too, but no sure if "**" stands for
"ro" (read only) or "su" (super user ;-)
That's my best attempt at diplomacy ! ;o)

Not at all, I installed it just for fun, to see if it would work.
That said, I do kinda need MS Excel, because  I have some files that
both Gnumeric and OpenOffice are extremely poor at processing.
