Finding Wine after install

Wine doesn't really have a GUI. Normally, one invokes it as follows;

wine /path/to/name.of.program

Some builds seem to have a little gui where you can set various
settings, some builds seem to just have a config file you need to edit
by hand.

What is it you wanted wine for?
