I downloaded Kernel-Win4Lin3-NeTraverse1.0_2.6.8.1-03.i686.rpm and
converted it to a .deb with alien. I then installed the resulting
kernel-win4lin3_NeTraverse1.0_2.6.8.1-4_i386.deb using dpkg without any
problems.
Converting a .rpm file to a .deb and using dpkg is safer than just
installing it with rpm because the dpkg database will know of the
existence of any files it installs.
