Where to report offlineimap dependency breakage?

Unfortunately it's a work day for me, and by work, I don't mean Ubuntu packaging
work :(

I may have some time to look at the offlineimap package within the week: if I
manage to fix it up who can upload the package for me. The wiki MOTU page
doesn't really talk about what to do if you just want to fix the odd Universe
bug without becoming a MOTU yourself...
