Apologies if someone has already answered and resolved this issue, but
current Hoary has 'initrd-tools' 0.1.77ubuntu1. The hardened Linux image
you're attempting to install is not for Warty, which only has version
0.1.70ubuntu9 of 'initrd-tools'.
