All you need to do is install Warty and change the entries
in /etc/apt/sources.list. Change all the "warty" to "hoary" and run
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
or from in Synaptic
Click "Reload"
Click "Mark All Upgrade"
Click "Apply"
This will upgrade you to Hoary Current.
Or to more directly answer your question above, you can do it that way
if you want to, but an easier way, IMHO, is to just change your current
sources list as described above.
