[Hoary] "About Gnome" dialog is gone !

Ijust ran the update-manger, log-out and in again, but the system menu
doesn't show the about Gnome entry, only about Ubuntu. That said,
putting About Gnome in the menu would just make that menu bigger with
no real benefit, leaving it in a contextual menu fir the top panel was
just fine I thought ? Well, I will survive ;-)

Ah, great, at least it not completely gone ! :o)
Once we have a proper GUI to edit menus, one can add an entry somewhere
to display it.
