xf86vmode.h not available in hoary

Hi,

I use the XF86VidModeSetViewPort() function
to set the video resolution.
The function is normally in xf86vmode.h. 
In debian testing/unstable the xlibs-static-dev
package provides this include file. 

There is a hoary package with the
same name but it does not include the
xf86vmode.h include.

Does anybody know which package provides
this file.

Is there a web-page where I can
search for a specific file in all packages.
(For debian pagages there is 
http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages)
