The eclipse site is http://eclipse.org. I don't know if you're
interested in using it, but you don't need to compile it (It's already
built). All you need to do is extract the tar.gz file to your home
directory and run it using

Eclipse, including the php extension is about 113Mb total (the tar.gz
is 87Mb), and PHPEclipse is available for download at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpeclipse. It does provide some
syntax completion for html tags, but syntax highlighting is only on for
php code.
