Printing headache

I've installed the extra packages and added the user cupsys to the group
shadow as suggested.  I can access the CUPS web interface but it doesn't
seem to help me any more than the gnome manager.  I still can't print
from OO and the Gimp just spits out a lot of blank paper when I try to
print.  I'll have another crack at it later, but for the time being I'm
glad I opted for the dual boot install...
