I still can't get Ubuntu to run on my newer PC

Ubuntu runs along happily (nightly updates to Hoary) on my secondary
PC... a rebuilt Dell Dimension 1.4 Ghz. However, I've often wanted to
try it on my primary computer, an Abit Digidice 3.2 Ghz P4. I'll be
happy to list the full specs if it would help with the continued
installer development.

Basically, though it boots from the CD to the installer, once the
installer is under way and goes into Hardware Detection mode, it fails
every time to find the CD (which it is running from). I do find that
kinda amusing but it's getting a little irritating. This was true with
Warty (official release) and continues to be true with the first early
release candidate (or whatever) of the Hoary Live CD released the other day.

Is there some particular place to communicate this particular problem to
see if it can get fixed before Hoary or at least the next major rev is
released? Keep in mind, this computer doesn't even have a floppy disk so
that's not an option.

Thanks!
Matt
