Hi Rahul
i do not think you have to re-install Ubuntu, as the Root Account is not  
the primary one you have.
by installing Ubuntu you have as primary account YOUR user account.
you can switch off Root by:
$ sudo passwd -l root
( http://www.ubuntuguide.org/#disablerootaccount )
