Ahhhh, interesting. Given all this info, it looks like Ati is to Nvidia
what Gnuméric and Galeon are FF and OOo.... so to speak.
I shall consider ATI cards whenever I am in the market... probably not
before a year or two... I am skint. :-/

Ah okay... I will stop focusing on it then.
Only real test is to try a card in it's intended environement, X-Plane
here, and see for myself what it does in practice.
Sadly, I don't know how to get X-Plane to display FPS numbers, so it's
hard to compare cards :-/
