Ubuntu made the Mozilla "you must upgrade" page!!

I think this should show developers (main and others) that you have to 
keep up with things (Sorry I'm a tad bit scorned by Firefox/Ubuntu 
compatibility thing). Even if you backport patches, things that have 
this big of an impact overtop of the community need to be addressed 
correctly. I understand if you comply with patching but if the browser 
that Ubuntu manages is equal to the Firefox revision then the revision 
number should at least change as well (This should go for all packages).

Perhaps because I'm new to Linux I don't understand why is 
Firefox/Thunderbird being managed by main developers? Why isn't this 
package just the same one from the mozilla.org website?
