Ogg Vorbis to MP3 Converter

I use SoundConverter to convert my flac files to ogg vorbis (I have an
flash-player which plays vorbis :-P).

SoundConverter "reads anything the GStreamer library can read, and
writes WAV, FLAC, MP3, and Ogg Vorbis files."

It's a GNOME-program, written in Python.
