Debian with ubuntu packages

Procedure I told you will replace all libraries with those from Ubuntu.
You will completly change distribution. Since it's unstable now, it will
downgrade lots of packages (including libc and other essential
libs/programs), if not all. I never did Sid -> Hoary transition, so I
don't know what problems you may have.
But, when you downgrade all the libs/progs (packages) it will be stable
as any other Ubuntu.
