[Hoary,Nautilus?;gamin?] New files in ~/Desktop not shown on desktop by Nautilus.

Has anyone else been experiencing this bug?  If I 'touch
~/Desktop/blah', no icon appears on my desktop unless I open [Places |
Desktop], then use it's [View | Reload] menu.  This has been happening
for over a month.

I tried creating a test user, and logged in as that user.  The same
problem occurs there also, so it's not my personal configuration causing
it.

? Is the bug reported?  Or am I the only one seeing it?  What could be
wrong?
