New list suggestion - "ubuntu-testers"

Interesting idea.

Another way would be requesting that all posts are prefixed by the
version in the subject line.

i.e. [Warty] Problem X or [Hoary] Problem Y.

These can easily be filtered upon for those who'd prefer only to
receive certain traffic.
