Okay, I've got the problem partially identifyed:
-  Somehow,  there  was  a  personalized  theme  created with an empty
"Industrial" icon folder.
- Using the "human" theme corrects all the above mentioned issues.

Now  I  only  have  to  determine, how the heck, did this personalized
theme got into the array 4 dist...
