No 3d acceleration in users other than initial user

Heya!

I just installed a fresh copy of Hoary from today's daily install CD
and it went well -- only minor glitches.  I thought i'd share my
experiences with one, since it seems like something someone who's
googling for this problem may need.

I did notice that 3d acceleration with my GeForce4 card wasn't working
(no doom3! no ut2004!).  Further inspection revealed that they were
crashing because they didn't have sufficient privilages to read
/dev/nvidiactl.  To make a long story short, the nvidiactl file
belongs to the "video" group, but my new users wasn't added to it
(even though i made the new account an administrator).

The solution is to open up the "Users and Groups" tool, click the
Groups tab, check "Show all users and groups", find the "video" group,
click properties and add your account to it.
