i use bitcomet (BT client on windows and only windows :mrgreen: )to
achieve this speed, i dont set anything, it just worked like that.

i am not sure about azreus on linux, i always experience problems with
mutitracker torrent in azreus, so i rarely use BT in linux.

and the ISP says i have 10Mb/s upload and 10Mb/s download speed.
