Clearlooks : bug with Evolution ?

I compiled/installed the Clearlooks theme I found on www.gnomelooks.org 
Looks great but I notice a weid bug with it. Well I think it's caused by
the theme, as it doesn't happen with other themes.
What I see is that in Evolution, the first button in the toolbar ("New")
is always in the "Prelight" state.

Does any one notice the same ?
I use version 4 of the them. Before that I used version 3, but I can't
remember if it had the bug or not.
