[Hoary] Gnome Pilot config window always opens at startup.

No ying/yang in the panels - thanks for the suggestion though.
I just did a search with the word "pilot" in my system and tried to find
something I could edit to stop pilot jumping onto my desktop. I found
lots of stuff, but nothing that would help with this one (to tell the
truth, I didn't understand most of what I found :) I also removed pilot
related stuff from my home directory, but it didn't help either.
I'm very open to new ideas :-)
