nautilus toolbar & resize problem

My problem has todo with the way nautilus file manager draws it's views

I want it to display the navigation bar -- with forward/back and url bar

in breezy this worked perfectly as you can see from this screenshot

but in hoary this feature is not there? this is how it looks on my hoary
system

also when i click on a folder in nautilus under hoary it redraws a new
window and closes the previous one -- which is annoying as it changes
the windows size how can i disable this? i just want to click a folder
and it change into that directory inside the current window.

Please help -- this is annoying!
