Gaim minimized

I use to have Gaim do this when I had Debian installed instead of
Ubuntu. A plugin has to be installed, but I haven't found it in any of
the repos, IIRC.
Also I forgot the name of the plugin, so I'll have to do a little
research on this, since I also want gaim to start minimized :)
