actual appearance of the "Services settings" window with the
appearance of the window shown in 'Help' under 'Getting started'.

Options shown under Help are not available in the actual window.

The same goes for 'System -> Administration -> Networking'.
Again options shown under Help are not available in the actual window.

Should these be considered application bugs, help bugs or gnome bugs?
