Save your money on the Xeon. Unless Im told otherwise, I purchase AMD. I 
save money, they are plenty fast, a server for 10 people isnt going to 
be pounded - unless you are doing thin clients and that is another story.

P4 would be find.

Now, is your server doing all three at one time? I would ask how big and 
  how many db's do you have? How many files? How much access do your 
users require - meaning are they opening and closing files all day long?
