(off topic question) AMD Sempron vs. Intel Celeron

Hi, all,

I've always built my PC with AMD XP (something between 2400+ to
2800+). I have looked for a website to buy one of these, but realised
that AMD seems to change its product line from XP to Sempron. So, I
have looked for Intel Cerelon D processors to compare with AMD
Sempron.

But I could hardly see the pros and cons for these processors. Would
there be someone who could say briefly about it? Or a good website to
see the comparison of these processors?

Any idea or thought?
