 Ok try this apt-get clean, this will remove any packages from 
the /var/cache/apt/archive just in case there is a broken one there.
  Then apt-get update.

 Did you try apt-get -f install, try it but make sure it doesn't remove 
anything essential 
 
  The other option is to try removing all the packages at once ie
apt-get remove webmin-apache webmin-cpan etc
