Perl modules installation

I have a fresh breezy server installation on a brand new machine.
Apache, MySQL, RubyOnRails and Samba are already running.
Now I would like to install Baagle. This is a Google like swish-e frontend.
The readme says:

additionally, the following non-standard Perl modules are required:
    URI
    URI::Escape
    Tie::IxHash
    HTTP::Status
    HTML::Template
    POE::Component::Server::HTTP

Aehm, I have no clue ....
Could someone please be so kind and translate this into an apt-get
statement ?
