left-handed mouse pointer

Hi !
Thanks for your sofast reply !
I had already tried some of gnome-look.org mouse
themes but they do not fit.
Many of the themes include a left-hand pointer but I
am unable to make them appear. In the pointers
selection window, appear only the standard pointers,
oriented to the left.

About the one you're talking of :

I didnt succeed in install it. make does not execute
anything (command not found).
