Package: nsd
Version: 2.3.0-1
Severity: normal

Yes, I'm running ubuntu, but this also applies to Debian proper.

When doing a nsd rebuild (as root), the resulting nsd.db file has
the ownership of root (of course), but nsd is run with the '-u nsd'
switch, which I'm my case (i've set a strict umask) prevents NSD from
reading the file.

Adding a chown nsd nsd.db whould certainly help,
