Breezy Badger seems to be still very beta (significant crashes)

without looking at your box in too much detail looks like you have a
rogue pid clocking up a lot of file space.







bring the box up - 



at this point type who -r  should say either 2 or 3 or somethng not 1.



then init 1 it (I'm assuming in ubu you can do this).



now do your find - let us know what you find - large files wise.



locate - record (what you find.. in a file ) then blast your
'culprit'.

(then we can possibly assoc file with sw which might be
'troublesome'.)



Bring box back up 



Then you need to write something which will cap all pids on the box and
pref send to the logs directory. A script put into cron running every
min will do.



(you can  then monitor these logs for when next filling of root takes
place.)



.. hope all this makes sense - prob does from what i've read already.



(suffice to say - I'm not having the problems your having only .. other
problems.. :) )
