Almost certainly 2.6.15; the 2.6.16 release schedule places it a little
too late for us to be comfortable with it, although we may pull a number
of patches from it.

As others have said, no, this isn't the case. We did consider going with
2.6.14 but it turned out that the scariest changes from 2.6.15 were
those to the input subsystem, which we want anyway to fix hardware
activation problems that affected us in Breezy.
