[dist-upgrade] usb death with linux-image-2.6.12-10-386

Hello

  i am using the breezy version - on a dell d800 with dockingstation - 
since updating the kernel yesterday (USN-219-1: 
linux-image-2.6.12-10-386 ) all usb slots on the docking seems to bee 
dead - no mouse no external-hdd.

do not know where to search for a solution - perhaps someone could give 
me a hint - or what outputs do you need ?
