Crossover office

Hi Everybody,
            I have   installed  a copy of crossover office in latest
version of Ubuntu .It loads fine until I try and install a copy of
Quicken. At 90% of install comes up with a message that it's unable to
put icons in start menu and then aborts installation.
Would be pleased and very grateful for any  help or advice.
